I'm Shawn, a UX designer who's spent 15+ years solving problems at the intersection of design, technology, and human behavior. Currently, I'm a Senior Lead UX Designer at ADP, where I lead teams to create experiences that make complex systems feel intuitive.

I approach design with curiosity and a collaborative spirit - my best work happens when disciplines blur and ideas flow freely across roles. Beyond pixels and prototypes, I'm a musician and recording studio owner, which has taught me that great experiences, whether sonic or digital, are all about timing, rhythm, and knowing when to listen.

I hold a degree in Communication from the University of Hartford and a UX Design certificate from NYU. Based in Madison, NJ.
